Leadership

Pastor Janet and her husband Tracy (Bud) founded Downtown Bethel in 2013 with several other of our leaders to 'equip the body of Christ for the work of the ministry'.  Our heart is to build relationship with each member and with the community so we can see the heart of our Father become the heart of our city.  We find that as we minister identity to each one we become stronger as a whole.  We honor those that have poured into us over the years and one of our main missions is to pour into others in our  congregation, individually, and as a community.  We believe that The word of God is absolute TRUTH.  We believe in the infilling of The Holy Spirit, the gifts of the Spirit operating in the Body of Christ, and that our purpose is to love God and to love people, all people in all situations and in all walks of life.  Consider this to be an invitation to come visit and see if you belong with us as we endeavor to see Jesus High and Lifted Up in this Mid-Ohio-Valley.

Vicki has been married for 45 years and has 2 grown children. She taught in public schools for 10 years and in Sunday school for as long as she can remember.
Vicki is a founding member of DB.

Lori is a passionate worshiper with a gift of ushering the church body into the Lord's presence. She and her husband, Jay have three wonderful children, Ella, Axel and Ember.

Lloyd and Judy have been married for 55 years and both have backgrounds in teaching.
Judy is an intercessor, a member of the International Fellowship of Chaplains, and a heart to see maturity in the Body of Christ.  She prays faithfully for our nation and the leadership of our government.  Lloyd and Judy are elders and founding members of DB.  
 

Teresa is a founding member of DB.  Her heart is to experience and to demonstrate intimacy with Jesus.  She is a prayer warrior and a teacher.  She is gifted in healing and her ability to hear Holy Spirit is a gift to the Body.  She is one of our lay leaders and an associate pastor.  

Ashley is a founding member of DB. With a heart for ministry and outreach, she loves the body of Christ and serving where she can.

Sherry is a worshiper of Jesus and a believer in God's word. She is a single mother of 1 daughter and has been a hairstylist for 33 years. She has led worship for over 15 years.
"My heart is to bring people into God's presence and teach them to live a life or worship to Him. I love the body of Christ and bringing joy and encouragement to people."
